fishing in Washington! Anglers of all ages and abilities
are welcome at Onco Sportfishing. You would enjoy drifting a
white water river through the lush rain forests of the Olympic
Peninsula (freshwater fishing) matching wits with a wild salmon
or steelhead,
or taking a power boat trip on the protected waters of Puget
Sound (saltwater fishing) chasing chinook,
coho,
chum,
or the cutthroat
trout. How about fishing on one of Washington States
bigger rivers like the Columbia River for Spring Kings, Fall
Kings or Sturgeon? We also fish the Cowlitz River for Winter
Steelhead and Salmon or the Snake River out of Heller Bar for
Steelhead and oversized sturgeon. We invite you to join us as
we enjoy the beauty and fishing bounties Washington
state and the Pacific Northwest provide.
Onco
Sportfishing offers spring, summer, fall, and winter fishing.
We accommodate parties of up to six people with all bait and
tackle furnished. We use only the finest of equipment,
including G-Loomis fishing rods, Gamakatsu hooks, Shimano and
Ambassadeur reels, Yakima bait products, Berkley products,
Stren fishing line and Izorline. Of course if you're more
comfortable with your own gear, bring it along. Onco
Sportfishing provides a heated 16' Willie Drift Boat that can
accommodate two people for the white water trips, a heated 22'
Willie Asaltor that seats up to six for our saltwater charters
and a 23 foot Alumaweld Super Vee Jet boat that seats up to
six for the rivers of the Pacific Northwest.
 Our
guides are full time and licensed in Washington State
for salmon
(charters with six angling permits), steelhead,
and trout.
Our skippers are Coast Guard licensed 100 ton Captains that
operate upon near coastal waters of the United States. We are
also insured, CPR and First Aid certified. We are proud
members of Joe's Pro fishing staff, Pure Fishing Captain and
Guide Program, C.A.P.S., (Charterboat Association of Puget
Sound), and NACO, (National Association of Charterboat
Operators), Our priority is your safety, success, and
enjoyment while fishing with Onco Sportfishing.
We can
offer you multiple day or custom fishing excursions . Bed
& Breakfasts or motels are the norm for multiple day
bookings. Custom trips are available so let us know what your
needs are. Plan ahead so we can customize a trip to suit your
needs. Taking a guided trip is a great way to enjoy the
outdoors, learn the river, or spend time with a friend, loved
one, or a business associate. Corporate accounts are
available.
Although our site's primary focus is on our
Washington fishing guide services, feel free to kick
